Join us at Whitfield Wildlife Conservation Area on Friday, November 21 from 4:30pm – 8pm to learn about our night sky! This is a FREE* Public Event.
Activities include:
- Night Sky Navigation and the Age of Exploration talk at 5:00pm with National Park Service Ranger, Christopher Arendt of Salinas National Monument
- Learn Night Photography
- Stargazing with telescopes
- Take a walk around Whitfield and check out the sandhill cranes at 4:30
Refreshments served: Hot Chocolate and Cookies
*We welcome a donation of non-perishable food to assist those in need during the holidays.
