Hello Teachers,

Is your class ready for a fun and engaging field trip?

Enjoy a free day on us at Whitfield Wildlife Conservation Area!

Programs run from 9:30AM – 12:30PM on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from August through May.

VSWCD staff and volunteers, in partnership with Friends of Whitfield, lead tours for K-6th grade students at Whitfield Wildlife Conservation Area. Students and teachers walk away with knowledge of ecosystems, plants and animals of the Bosque, nature journaling, and interactive activities in the field. Students can bring a sack lunch to eat outside.

Sign Up today and receive:

• Reimbursement for bus transportation for schools in Valencia County courtesy of Friends of Whitfield
• FREE Nature Journals and pencils from Whitfield Wildlife Conservation Area
• Classroom session on ecosystems and conservation basics
